stand behind our solutions with a dedication to customer support.What will your job look likeDevelop, test, implement, and maintain software applications based on business and technical requirements.Analyze project specifications and convert functional requirements into efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.Design program workflows, logic diagrams, and technical solutions using industry best practices.Write clean, secure, and well-documented code using appropriate programming languages and frameworks.Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and code optimization to ensure high-quality software delivery.Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, clients, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.Modify existing software applications to improve functionality, performance, and user experience.Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and operating instructions for developed applications.Support software deployment, production releases, and post-implementation activities.Monitor application performance and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.Stay updated with emerging technologies, programming methodologies, and software development best practices.Ensure compliance with coding standards, security requirements, and organizational development processes.Work effectively within Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project environments.Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers when required.RequirementsMinimum 8+ years of professional experience in software development and programming.Experience in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications.Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologiesExperience with databases, SQL, and data modelling concepts.Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and object-oriented programming principles.Experience working with APIs, web services, and system integrations.Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.Eligibility to work in the UK or willingness to relocate, where applicable #J-18808-Ljbffr
