Broadwings is a boutique family-office and wealth advisory platform serving HNI/UHNI individuals, entrepreneurs, business families and NRIs. We provide integrated wealth, tax, legal, real estate, succession and strategic advisory solutions.

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant to manage accounting, taxation, compliance and financial reporting while supporting the firm’s advisory and internal financial operations.

• Manage accounting, bookkeeping and financial reporting.
• Handle GST, TDS, income tax, ROC and statutory compliances .
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS and management reports.
• Manage audit coordination, reconciliations and tax assessments .
• Monitor receivables, payables, expenses and cash flows.
• Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and regulatory documentation.
• Support budgeting, financial analysis and business decision-making.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and regulatory authorities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and compliance documentation.

• CA qualification from ICAI.
• Strong knowledge of Income Tax, GST, TDS, Companies Act and accounting standards .
• Proficiency in Tally / accounting software and MS Excel .
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple responsibilities independently.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality and professional ethics.

Salary: ₹6 LPA | Bengaluru | Monday–Saturday
