Reporting To: Chief Investment Officer (CIO)

We are looking for an experienced Fund Manager to join the Investment Team of a leading Asset Management Company.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in portfolio management, systematic/algorithm-driven investing, quantitative research, trading, and derivatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and execute trades for mutual fund schemes based on systematic/model-driven signals

• Own portfolio rebalancing and ensure efficient trade execution

• Develop execution strategies for stock selection, timing and trade fulfilment

• Work with data providers such as Bloomberg and MFund to enhance automation and monitoring

• Analyse equity & debt markets, macroeconomic trends and asset allocation opportunities

• Use derivatives for hedging, risk management and portfolio enhancement

• Monitor portfolio and derivative exposures in line with fund objectives

• Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and internal governance frameworks

• Conduct quantitative research, model development and back-testing

• Contribute to systematic investment strategy enhancement and portfolio optimisation

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

✓ 5–8+ years of relevant experience in Fund Management / Portfolio Management / Quantitative Research / Trading

✓ Experience managing mutual fund portfolios or systematic investment strategies

✓ Strong understanding of Equity, Debt & Derivatives

✓ Hands-on experience with quantitative models and back-testing

��� Proficiency in Python / R / MATLAB or similar quantitative tools

✓ Strong Bloomberg Terminal and advanced MS Excel skills

✓ Good understanding of SEBI regulations and investment compliance

✓ CFA / FRM / MBA or relevant advanced qualification preferred

Education: Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or a related discipline
