Salesperson with Construction Experience to Sell Robots Company: LAYER (Layer Construction, Inc.) is a leading provider of 3D printed concrete (3DCP) to the global construction industry Location: We are headquartered in Seattle, Washington, USA, but this role is remote and focused on U.S. sales We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for selling our cutting-edge 3D concrete printing robotic hardware and software to construction companies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a deep understanding of the construction industry. Responsibilities: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with construction companies Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry Present and demonstrate the benefits of our 3D concrete printing robots to potential customers Negotiate and close sales deals with new and existing customers Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis Provide ongoing support to customers to ensure their satisfaction and success Requirements: Proven sales experience in the construction industry, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Strong understanding of 3D concrete printing technology and its applications in construction Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders Strong negotiation and closing skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for technology and innovation We offer a competitive commission and bonus structure and a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and advancement.
