Serket Pharmacy is seeking a patient focused Staff Pharmacist to join our in person team in Montclair, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for a Retail Pharmacist, Community Pharmacist, or licensed PharmD who wants to make a visible difference in patients’ everyday health. What You Will Do:

• Accurately review, verify, and dispense prescriptions while maintaining exceptional patient safety, quality standards, and pharmacy operations.
• Administer All vaccines, seasonla and year round to patient 3 years and up.
• Provide clear, compassionate patient counseling on medications, therapeutic use, side effects, adherence, and appropriate next steps.
• Identify potential drug interactions, contraindications, and medication related concerns, using sound clinical judgment to support safe patient care.
• Administer immunizations and help patients understand recommended vaccines, preventive care options, and wellness services.
• Deliver medication therapy management and trusted drug information that helps patients and caregivers make confident healthcare decisions.
• Collaborate with prescribers, technicians, and team members to resolve prescription issues efficiently and create a positive pharmacy experience.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance, accurate records, inventory awareness, and professional standards across daily pharmacy operations.

What You Bring:

• You hold an active pharmacist license and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, Doctor of Pharmacy, or PharmD degree.
• You hold an active vaccination license. And up to date BLS certification.
• You bring strong prescription dispensing and clinical pharmacy operations knowledge, with a consistent focus on accuracy and patient safety.
• You are immunization certified or eligible to become certified and are comfortable providing respectful, patient centered vaccine services.
• You communicate complex drug information in a clear, reassuring manner and excel at patient counseling.
• You have the visual acuity, attention to detail, and problem solving skills needed to identify and resolve medication concerns.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in retail pharmacy, community pharmacy, compounding, medication therapy management, or high touch patient care is valued.
• A collaborative approach, professional presence, and genuine commitment to helping patients will help you thrive in this role.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Earn a competitive hourly rate of $58 to $60 per hour , based on qualifications and experience.
