The role also involves leading and managing the Business Development team while coordinating with global stakehold </p><p><br /></p><p>Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) </p><p>Job Location: Bangalore </p><p>Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent </p><p>Experience: 15+ Years </p><p>Educational Qualification: Degree in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering preferred </p><p>Job Description: </p><p>Responsible for generating business from Automotive OEMs and Engineering Service Providers (ESPs) in Europe. </p><p>Lead and manage the Business Development team to achieve revenue growth targets. </p><p>Collaborate with internal technical teams, management, and global client teams to support business expansion. </p><p><br /></p><p>Requirements: </p><p>• Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills. </p><p>• Strong leadership and team management capabilities. </p><p>• Ability to work with global stakeholders across regions. </p><p>• Self-motivated with strong business development and negotiation skills. </p><p>• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities </p><p><br /></p><p>Functional Requirements: </p><p>15+ years of experience in the Engineering Services industry within the Automotive domain. </p><p>• Hands-on experience in business generation for Design and CAE services (FEA, MBD, CFD). </p><p>• Proven track record of developing business with Automotive OEMs and Engineering Service Providers. </p><p>• Strong understanding of Automotive Engineering and related services. </p><p>• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing customers, business, and teams </p><p><br /></p>
