Leading compliance program administration and regulatory implementation, the full-time Senior Medicare Compliance Manager will manage technology enablement across Medicare Advantage, Part D, and Medigap distribution channels in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Identify and execute opportunities to leverage technology and automation for compliance oversight and operational efficiency Lead compliance program administration activities, including investigations and regulatory reporting across sales channels Develop and analyze compliance dashboards and metrics to provide actionable insights into agent performance and risk trends Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Information Systems, Compliance, or a related field 5+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, Medicare Advantage, or regulatory operations Strong knowledge of CMS Medicare Marketing Guidelines and telesales compliance Experience in gathering business requirements and supporting software/system deployments Proficiency in developing data dashboards and analytics
