Morgan Properties is hiring an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot HVAC, appliance, electrical and plumbing needs at our communitis in Hilliard, OH. Pay is $21.00 to $24.00 per hour, with up to a 50% rent discount.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role with on call rotation required. You’ll keep our apartment community up to company standards and code and help create a welcoming home where residents feel valued and supported. You’ll work with a respectful, collaborative team, and we invest in your growth with training and a clear path to advance.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing
• Maintain interior and exterior areas in accordance with company standards, compliance requirements and applicable laws
• Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance service tickets
• Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and office staff about repairs and updates

Pay and Benefits

• Base pay: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
• Up to 50% rent discount
• Property staff shared renewal commissions
• Morgan Essentials: $300 quarterly
• On-call appreciation: $15 per day for holding the on-call phone

Schedule

• Monday to Friday - 8:00AM to 5:00PM
• Paid rotating on-call participation required
• Must be available and prepared for emergency events
• Schedule subject to change based on business needs

What You’ll Need

• Active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle
• HVAC, EPA or CFC certification preferred
• 3 -5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
