We are looking for a dynamic FP& A professional with 5–8 years of experience who can partner with business leaders to drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, business performance analysis, profitability, and strategic decision-making across multiple business verticals.

Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A) Budgeting & Forecasting MIS & Management Reporting Financial Modelling & Business Analytics Costing & Profitability Analysis Business Partnering with Cross-functional Teams KPI Reporting & Performance Analysis

Desired Profile: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) 5–8 years of experience in FP& A, Business Finance, or Commercial Finance Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Equipment, or Capital Goods industry background preferred Strong expertise in Advanced Excel, ERP, and financial modelling Power BI knowledge will be an added advantage
