Analyzing workers compensation claims for clients across multiple jurisdictions, the full-time remote Workers Compensation Claims Examiner - MS Licensed will adjudicate complex claims, negotiate settlements, and communicate with claimants and clients to ensure timely resolution. Key responsibilities Analyzing and processing claims to determine benefits due through well-developed action plans Negotiating settlement of claims within designated authority and reporting to excess carriers Communicating claim activity and processing updates with claimants and clients Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Licensing in MS, AR, or a reciprocal state required Knowledge of jurisdictional requirements for MS, AR, AL, TN, GA, and KY Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred
