Job Description

Evosol Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Calling Agent to join its Karachi team and support sales and business outreach activities.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Introduce and explain software development, web development, app development, and technology services.
• Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
• Generate and qualify leads through professional phone communication.
• Follow up with leads and scheduled callbacks.
• Maintain accurate call records and update customer information in company systems.
• Handle customer questions professionally and forward technical queries to the relevant team.
• Achieve assigned calling, lead-generation, follow-up, and sales targets.
• Maintain a professional and positive communication style.
• Work effectively as part of a target-oriented call centre team.

Job Specification

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and professional speaking ability.
• Previous call centre, telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Fresh candidates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work from the Karachi office.
