Head of Operations

We are looking for an experienced Operation Head to lead and manage the complete execution of industrial PEB and RCC construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, extensive project management experience, and the ability to drive operational excellence while ensuring timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations of multiple industrial construction projects.
• Plan, monitor, and control project execution within budget and timelines.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and site engineers.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Review project schedules, manpower planning, and material requirements.
• Monitor project profitability and cost optimization.
• Conduct project review meetings and prepare MIS reports for management.
• Resolve technical and operational issues during project execution.
• Drive continuous process improvement and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in PEB and RCC construction.
• Project planning and execution.
• Team management and leadership.
• Budgeting and cost control.
• Client relationship management.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, ERP, and MS Office.

Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• MBA/Project Management certification will be an added advantage.
