Player Service RepresentativeA Player Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers in the exchange of U.S. currency for casino chips, credit chips, cash, foreign currency, Golden Nugget documents, negotiable instruments, and ambassadors of company good will. This role also sells gambling chips, tokens, or tickets to casino patrons, pays out jackpots, and manages credit applications.Responsibilities:Sale and redemption of casino chips and coin for cash (chips, foreign chips) and other like money itemsIssuance and redemption of MarkersCustomer deposits/withdrawalsCashing of checks utilizing computer terminalsEstablish new computer accounts and process document requirements for credit, check cashing with policy and regulatory guidelinesBalancing assigned fundsCreate and issue Players Club cards and promote the program and related promotionsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of player tracking system, promotions, events, entertainment and general property informationEnsure the protection of customer's rewards and credit linesQualifications:Minimum of one year of cash handling experienceAbility to operate a computer terminal and communicate with the public in a clear and friendly mannerKnowledge of 10 key, balancing of banksSolid decision-making, organization, and interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced multi-tasking, hands-on environmentMinimum age is 21 years oldMust be able to obtain MS gaming permitPay Range: USD $13.25 - USD $13.25 /Hr.
