Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Inspection Services Coordinator to support the planning and coordination of global inspection activities for the oil & gas and industrial sectors. The role involves coordinating inspection assignments, managing client requirements, engaging with inspectors and third-party service providers, and ensuring timely delivery of inspection services while maintaining compliance with quality and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate inspection activities for global clients across multiple projects.
  • Plan and schedule inspection assignments with internal inspectors and third-party inspection agencies.
  • Review client requirements and prepare inspection plans, quotations, and cost estimates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and timely project execution.
  • Maintain a database of qualified inspection service providers and support global resource planning.
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and international offices to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, data entry, and compliance with quality management systems and company procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist in resolving customer queries, complaints, and escalations.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and support business growth.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Inspection Services Management team.

  • Fluent in English.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred.
  • Experience in inspection coordination, project coordination, or industrial operations.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, engineering, or oil & gas inspection services will be an advantage.
  • Experience working in an international or global operations environment is desirable.
