Position Overview: The Lead Generation Coordinator’s main responsibility is maintaining leads from our lead generation vendors to ensure appropriate follow-up from both parties. The lead generation coordinator should manage the analytics for all lead generation services and ensure appropriate data entry is done by all services in our CRM/CMS. Additionally, the lead generation coordinator should work to ensure that cases are qualified cases and dispute charges for leads that are not viable. The goal of the lead generation coordinator is to generate additional leads for Zayed Law at a low cost per case with appropriate handling internally to produce value.
Responsibilities:Investigate lead generation services to get the lowest cost per case acquisition.Monitor all lead generation ads to ensure they follow brand standards and are on segmentEnsure that all lead generation services are appropriately documented in our CRM/CMS.Monitor cases to ensure that the leads are quality and dispute unwanted cases through the lead generation service.Assign cases either to Case Verification, InjuryOS or Zayed Law as appropriate.Follow-up on cases to ensure there is a positive return, do not allow for settlements below the CPA.Monitor all lead generation cases to ensure that documentation is correct an up to date.Make recommendations for additional spend, as allowable based on lead generation success.Schedule all calls with lead generation services to maintain relationships with vendors.Report on vendor success and failures to ensure that ROI is always positive.Execute additional tasks and requests assigned by AJZ to support firm growth.
Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill or abilities required as a pre-requisite to the position.Ability to identify opportunities, nurture partnerships, and effectively communicate with external vendorsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts, referrals, and opportunities simultaneously.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google, and sales tracking/reporting tools.Ability to work independently to meet goals and expectations outlined in Job Description
Education and/or Experience Required:Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or legal field.1+ year of experience in legal field or in digital campaign monitoring
Physical Demands of the Job:While performing job duties, staff may be sitting for an extended period of time. Job responsibilities may also require occasional lifting up to 10 lbs. Frequent use of telephone and computer is required.
Performance Standards & Review:All Zayed Law Offices Employees complete a 90-day probationary period in their employment to ensure that they are in the right role and in compliance with the basic position requirements. All employees have an annual review in which their professional progress in the law office is monitored. xzbcwsv Reviews are kept in HR files for the employees and are confidential.
