Salary: $90,000 - 110,000 per year Requirements:

• Hands-on scripting and automation experience with Python, JavaScript, or a comparable language, including the ability to build a functioning tool or automation independently.
• Practical prompt engineering experience with large language models, including designing, testing, and refining prompts based on real output quality.
• Background building AI-driven workflows, internal tools, prototypes, or automation solutions.
• Ability to deconstruct ambiguous business challenges, design a solution, create a prototype, and iterate on it with minimal oversight.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Strong written communication and a sharp focus on clarity and usefulness in AI-generated content.
• Ability to explain technical ideas in plain language and work effectively with sales and other nontechnical teams.
• Self-directed mindset with strong ownership and follow-through.
• Preferred background in sales enablement, revenue operations, customer-facing SaaS, or B2B software.
• Familiarity with conversation intelligence, quality assurance, or sales performance tools.
• Product management or product design experience, including creating technical specifications, requirements, or wireframes.

• Design, build, and continuously improve prompts and multi-step AI workflows that support sales and internal business processes.
• Develop workflow logic such as chaining, conditional paths, routing, and evaluation steps to improve accuracy, tone, reliability, and usefulness.
• Build internal tools, scripts, and automations using Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
• Prototype working applications and internal tools with AI-assisted development, turning rough ideas into solutions employees can use.
• Create structured testing and evaluation methods to measure output quality and verify whether changes improve performance.
• Analyze unclear problems, map the workflow, build a prototype, test it, and iterate independently toward a practical solution.
• Spot inefficiencies in sales handoffs, feedback loops, quality assurance processes, and related workflows, then design or implement improvements.
• Collaborate with sales and business teams to understand pain points, collect feedback, and encourage adoption of the solutions we build.
• Turn business needs into clear technical designs and specifications when work must be coordinated with or handed off to other engineers.
• Document technical decisions, workflows, testing methods, and implementation details so solutions can be maintained and scaled.
