Business Development - Asset Relocation

<p>Writer Relocations is looking for experienced <b>Asset Business Development </b> professionals to join our team in <b>Mumbai </b> and <b>Bangalore </b>. </p><p><br /></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities: </b> </p><ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities for office relocations, machinery moves, industrial projects, and asset relocation services. </li><li>Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline through client visits, networking, market research, and industry relationships. </li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, facility managers, project teams, contractors, and key stakeholders to drive business growth. </li><li>Conduct site visits and understand project requirements including scope, timelines, equipment needs, technical requirements, and operational challenges. </li><li>Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Project Management, Engineering, and Pricing to develop feasible solutions and competitive proposals. </li><li>Prepare and present quotations, proposals, project plans, and commercial submissions aligned with customer requirements and company objectives. </li><li>Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, client engagement, negotiations, contract closure, and project handover. </li><li>Monitor project opportunities, sales pipeline, forecasts, and business development reports to ensure effective tracking and achievement of targets. </li><li>Support successful project execution by coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth handover, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction. </li><li>Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and improve business performance. </li><li>Understand client project requirements including scope, timelines, manpower, equipment, site conditions, and operational constraints to provide suitable relocation solutions. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><b>Qualification &amp; Experience: </b> </p><ul><li>MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business Management, or an equivalent postgraduate qualification. </li><li>4 to 6 years of experience in business development within the <b>asset relocation </b> or <b>logistics </b> industry. </li><li>Hands-on exposure to projects involving office relocations, machinery/equipment moving, industrial relocations, or project logistics. </li><li>Strong client relationship management and business acquisition skills. </li><li>The ability to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. </li><li>Prior experience in managing corporate clients, large-scale relocation projects, and solution-based sales. </li><li>Strong understanding of project execution requirements, customer handling, and cross-functional coordination. </li> </ul>
