Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Make a direct impact on students' growth and success in an educational setting as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) on a contract assignment. Work closely with students, teachers, and support staff to implement evidence-based strategies that encourage positive behavioral outcomes and academic achievement. Key Qualifications: Active RBT certification and completion of required training Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or behavioral health settings Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Effective communication skills with students, staff, and families Ability to track progress, follow detailed behavioral intervention plans, and maintain accurate documentation Patience, flexibility, and a compassionate approach to working with diverse learners Primary Responsibilities: Deliver direct one-on-one or small group ABA therapy to students as outlined in their individual treatment plans Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other educators to refine and adapt interventions as needed Collect and record data on student behaviors and program effectiveness Support the implementation of positive behavior support systems within classrooms and throughout the school Provide feedback and communicate regularly with interdisciplinary teams and families to ensure best outcomes Help foster a safe, structured, and encouraging learning environment for all students Along with the invaluable experience gained by supporting students' growth, this opportunity offers a chance to be part of collaborative school communities focused on continuous improvement and inclusion.
