Job Description
We are looking for experienced Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to collaborate on the development of industry-focused online learning programs. As an SME, you will work with our instructional design team to create engaging, practical, and beginner-friendly learning content that reflects current industry practices.
We are hiring SMEs across the following domains:
Generative AI & Agentic AI AI Content & Creative Tools AI-Assisted Software Development (Vibe Coding) Supply Chain & Operations SAP S/4 HANA & SAP Ariba Healthcare Supply ChainKey Responsibilities Design and validate course content for beginner-level learners. Share practical industry knowledge, real-world examples, and best practices. Review learning objectives, course outlines, and assessments. Collaborate with Instructional Designers during course development. Record short introductory videos and provide guidance for video-based learning content. Ensure technical accuracy and relevance of all learning materials.
Required Experience 10–12+ years of relevant industry experience in your area of expertise. Strong practical knowledge with hands-on industry experience. Experience mentoring, training, consulting, or teaching is an advantage. Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginner learners. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
