We collaborate with renowned architects, interior designers, and developers to create exceptional lighting experiences. Key Responsibilities Drive sales through interior designers and design firms. Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets. Build and maintain relationships with interior designers, architects, Builders and Hotels. Understand project requirements and recommend suitable lighting solutions. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution. Track market trends, identify new opportunities, and expand the designer network. Maintain sales pipeline, CRM, and regular MIS reports. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant discipline. 4–10 years of experience in B2B/project sales, preferably in lighting, interiors, furniture, building materials, or architectural products. Experience working with interior designers, architects, or design studios is preferred. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills. Willingness to travel for client meetings and project visits.
