All Star Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in Southern California. In this outpatient role, you will assess functional limitations, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to help patients regain independence in daily activities. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document care in our EMR system.
