Marketing Coordinator - Content & Product Marketing

About the RoleLeoforce is looking for a creative, curious, and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to help tell our story across products, audiences, and channels.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to develop expertise at the intersection of content marketing, product marketing, social media, and AI technology. You’ll help turn product capabilities, customer outcomes, market trends, and big ideas into content that helps buyers understand Leoforce and helps our Sales team communicate its value.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who loves learning, can simplify complex ideas, embraces AI-enabled ways of working, and wants to build rather than simply execute a predefined playbook.
What You’ll DoContent DevelopmentWrite, edit, and coordinate content across blogs, articles, case studies, guides, emails, website pages, and other marketing channels.Help turn complex AI and recruiting technology concepts into clear, engaging stories for business audiences.Repurpose larger content assets into social posts, blogs, email content, sales materials, and other formats.Maintain editorial calendars and help coordinate content development across internal subject matter experts.
Product Marketing SupportSupport development and maintenance of product marketing materials including sell sheets, solution overviews, presentations, use cases, customer stories, and competitive materials.Help translate product capabilities into clear customer benefits and business outcomes.Support product launches, campaign messaging, and go-to-market initiatives.Conduct basic market, customer, and competitive research to support positioning and content development.Help keep sales-facing materials current, accurate, and easy to find.
Social MediaSupport Leoforce's organic social media presence, with an emphasis on LinkedIn.Draft, schedule, publish, and monitor social content.Help develop executive and employee thought leadership content.Identify opportunities to turn industry trends, company news, customer outcomes, and product stories into engaging social content.Track audience growth, engagement, target-account interaction, and other performance indicators.
SEO, AEO & AI DiscoverabilityPartner with Content and Digital Marketing leaders to create content optimized for traditional search and AI-powered discovery.Conduct topic, keyword, competitive, and audience research.Help structure content so it is clear, authoritative, useful, and discoverable by both people and AI platforms.Support measurement of organic visibility, content engagement, and AI search presence.
AI-Powered Content CreationUse AI tools to support research, ideation, drafting, editing, repurposing, and content optimization.Experiment with new AI workflows that improve content quality and productivity while maintaining strong human judgment and editorial standards.Stay curious about emerging AI capabilities and their implications for marketing, recruiting, and work.
What You Bring0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, journalism, product marketing, social media, or a related field; relevant internships and portfolio work count.Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.Strong writing and editing skills.Natural curiosity and an ability to learn complex topics quickly.Ability to communicate complicated ideas simply and clearly.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Interest in technology, AI, SaaS, recruiting, or the future of work.Familiarity with social media and digital content best practices.Willingness to experiment with AI tools and new approaches to content creation.A writing portfolio, published work, strong academic projects, or other examples of content creation are highly valued.
