Forge Fidelity Group is looking for an Entry Level Sales Representative to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. What You'll DoAs an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will represent our clients directly while developing your communication, sales, and leadership skills.
Your responsibilities will include:Representing well-known brands through professional, face-to-face customer interactionsEngaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutionsDeveloping strong customer relationships through genuine, consultative conversationsLearning and applying proven sales and customer acquisition strategiesMeeting and exceeding individual and team performance goalsParticipating in ongoing training, coaching, and professional developmentCollaborating with teammates to create a positive, high-performance environmentDeveloping the communication, organization, and leadership skills needed for future advancementTaking ownership of your personal and professional growth

Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.
