• Bachelor’s degree required• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills, including the ability to escalate issues appropriately and collaborate across functions• Experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing competing work, and meeting deadlines• Strong patient focus with an understanding of Access Services• Experience supporting POs, invoice validation, budget tracking, forecasting, accruals, and financial reconciliation across programs/brands• Ability to monitor supplier performance against contractual SLAs and identify performance gaps• Ability to operate effectively across Patient Support Services, Operations, Analytics, and Finance stakeholders• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation development
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• 1+ year of reimbursement or patient services program experience, highly preferred• Pharmaceutical analytics experience, ideally 1–3 years• Commercial operations experience, ideally 2–4 years• Project management experience, ideally 2–4 years• Experience with specialty products and specialty product launches• Buy-and-bill experience• Previous experience managing reimbursement or patient assistance programs
Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Patient Support Services Specialist for a top pharmaceutical/biotechnology client. This individual will support Patient Support Services programs across multiple brands, owning key operational and financial activities including the PO lifecycle, invoice validation, accruals, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and supplier SLA monitoring. xzbcwsv The Specialist will partner closely with Operations, Analytics, Finance, and program leadership to identify financial and operational risks, improve processes, and ensure suppliers are performing against contractual expectations. This is a 6-12 month contract, fully remote, and comes with an hourly rate between $39-42/hr.
