Corporate Associate Attorney

Responsibilities:

- Advise startups and emerging growth companies on corporate matters and transactions

- Support seed, venture capital, growth equity, and private equity financings

- Assist with M&As, public offerings, and underwritings

- Draft and review transaction documents

- Work alongside other attorneys and clients throughout the deal process

Qualifications:

- JD (2021/2022 class)

- Preferably barred in TX

- Previous large firm experience

- Previous growth equity or private equity experience
