Business head - beauty & personal care ingredients

<p> About the Role </p> <p> We are seeking an experienced Business Head to lead and grow our Beauty &amp; Personal Care </p> <p> Ingredients business. The ideal candidate should have a strong commercial background in supplying </p> <p> specialty chemicals and functional ingredients to beauty and personal care manufacturers, with proven </p> <p> experience in business development, strategic account management, and P&amp; L ownership. </p> <p> Key Responsibilities </p> <p>● Develop and execute the business strategy for the Beauty &amp; Personal Care Ingredients vertical. </p> <p>● Drive revenue growth, profitability, and overall P&amp; L performance. </p> <p>● Build strategic relationships with personal care, cosmetics, skincare, haircare, and hygiene </p> <p> product manufacturers, formulators, and distributors. </p> <p>● Expand the portfolio of specialty ingredients and performance chemicals used in beauty and </p> <p> personal care formulations. </p> <p>● Identify new business opportunities, supplier partnerships, and market segments. </p> <p>● Lead commercial negotiations, pricing, and contract management. </p> <p>● Collaborate with R&amp; D, sourcing, and operations teams to deliver customer-specific ingredient </p> <p> solutions. </p> <p>● Build and mentor a high-performing commercial team. </p> <p> Preferred Background </p> <p>● 7+ years of experience in Beauty &amp; Personal Care Ingredients, Specialty Chemicals, </p> <p> Cosmetic Ingredients, or Industrial Chemicals. </p> <p>● Strong understanding of ingredients such as surfactants, emollients, emulsifiers, rheology </p> <p> modifiers, preservatives, UV filters, silicones, conditioning agents, humectants, active ingredients, </p> <p> fragrances, and formulation additives used in personal care products. </p> <p>● Proven experience selling specialty ingredients to cosmetics and personal care manufacturers. </p>
