About the Role

As a Curriculum Designer Intern , you will work closely with our Content, Creative, and Learning teams to design age-appropriate educational content that aligns with learning objectives. You'll create engaging lesson plans, activity ideas, and educational frameworks that make learning interactive, enjoyable, and meaningful for children.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging, age-appropriate educational content for children.
• Create lesson plans, learning activities, worksheets, and educational frameworks.
• Research curriculum standards and learning methodologies.
• Collaborate with scriptwriters, illustrators, animators, and content creators to develop educational content.
• Ensure content aligns with developmental milestones and learning outcomes.
• Review and refine educational content based on feedback.
• Develop creative learning experiences through storytelling, games, songs, and interactive activities.
• Stay updated on early childhood education trends and instructional design practices.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, English, Curriculum Design, Instructional Design, Child Development, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of child learning and development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong research and organizational skills.
• Passion for creating engaging educational experiences for children.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, or instructional design.
• Knowledge of early childhood education frameworks (Montessori, EYFS, CBSE, IB, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience creating educational activities or learning materials.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini for content ideation is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of storytelling and content creation.
• Portfolio of educational content, lesson plans, or teaching materials is a plus.
