People Generalist (Fully Remote)

• You will partner with HR Business Partners to implement people programs and manage HR processes across APJ.
• You will analyze workforce data and develop reports for senior leaders to support business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage performance management cases from beginning to end, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
• Coach managers on best practices and support organizational changes and talent initiatives.
• Coordinate annual people programs, including performance calibration and pulse surveys.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of HR experience in a matrixed organization with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and use AI tools responsibly to improve efficiency.
• Experience with Workday and ServiceNow is preferred.
