JOB DESCRIPTION <p><b>Req ID: </b>    </p><p>We are currently seeking a Delivery Manager to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN). </p><p><b>Job Title: </b> Delivery Manager </p><p><b>Role Summary: </b> </p><p>We are seeking an experienced <b>Delivery Manager </b> to lead the successful delivery of enterprise technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project and delivery management, stakeholder engagement, Agile delivery, and cross-functional team leadership. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives while maintaining high standards of quality, governance, and customer satisfaction. </p><p><b>Day to Day Job Duties: </b> </p><li>Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects and programs across multiple workstreams. </li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to define project scope, priorities, and delivery plans. </li><li>Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation. </li><li>Drive Agile delivery by facilitating sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning. </li><li>Monitor project progress, KPIs, and delivery milestones, providing regular status updates to leadership. </li><li>Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and blockers to ensure successful delivery. </li><li>Ensure compliance with organizational governance, quality standards, and change management processes. </li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to ensure seamless execution. </li><li>Mentor delivery teams and promote continuous improvement, operational excellence, and best practices. </li><li>Build strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. </li><p><b>Basic Qualifications: </b> </p><li><b>8+ years </b> of experience managing <b>technology project delivery and software development programs </b>. </li><li><b>7+ years </b> of experience leading <b>Agile/Scrum delivery </b> using tools such as <b>Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps </b>. </li><li><b>5+ years </b> of experience in <b>stakeholder management, project governance, risk management, and release planning </b>. </li><li><b>5+ years </b> of experience leading <b>cross-functional and globally distributed technology teams </b>. </li><p><b>Nice to Have: </b> </p><li>Experience delivering cloud, digital transformation, or enterprise application projects. </li><li>Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, SDLC, and modern software engineering practices. </li><li>Experience managing Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, or Manufacturing technology programs. </li><li>PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or PMI-ACP certification. </li><li>Strong financial management, vendor management, and client engagement experience. </li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. </li><p><b>About NTT DATA </b> </p><p>NTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
