Zicon Talent’s Client, a leading International Group within the IT Industry, is looking for a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and strengthen its financial function in Pakistan while partnering closely with regional and global stakeholders. This is a strategic leadership role for a finance professional with strong commercial acumen and experience in complex, fast-paced IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership aligned with group-wide business objectives
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling
• Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance with local and international standards
• Ensure robust internal controls, risk management, and governance frameworks
• Partner with business leaders to drive profitability, cost optimization, and operational efficiency
• Manage cash flow, treasury, banking relationships, and capital allocation
• Lead audits, tax planning, and regulatory compliance in Pakistan
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team
• Act as a key liaison with group headquarters and external stakeholders
