Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic FP&A professional with 8 - 10 years of experience who can partner with business leaders to drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, business performance analysis, profitability, and strategic decision-making across multiple business verticals.

- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- MIS & Management Reporting
- Financial Modelling & Business Analytics
- Costing & Profitability Analysis
- Business Partnering with Cross-functional Teams
- KPI Reporting & Performance Analysis
Desired Profile:
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance)
- 8 - 10 years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance, or Commercial Finance
- Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Equipment, or Capital Goods industry background preferred
- Strong expertise in Advanced Excel, ERP, and financial modelling
- Power BI knowledge will be an added advantage
