Visual Communications Lead

Role Description The Visual Communications Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for shaping and maintaining the visual identity of the brand across all touchpoints, including branding, packaging, digital campaigns, and in-store experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing visual concepts, creating and overseeing design assets, collaborating with marketing and product teams on campaign storytelling, and ensuring consistent brand application across platforms. The Visual Communications Lead will manage design workflows, coordinate with external creative partners when needed, and analyze performance of visual content to refine future creative directions.

Qualifications

• Strong visual design and branding skills, including experience creating cohesive brand identities across print and digital media.
• Proficiency in design and illustration tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent software.
• Experience in art direction, layout design, and typography, with a keen eye for detail and visual consistency.
• Ability to develop visual concepts and storytelling for campaigns, lookbooks, social media, and website content.
• Understanding of consumer brands, with experience translating product features into compelling visual narratives.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work closely with marketing, product design, and retail teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, including managing timelines and multiple creative deliverables.
• Relevant education in design, visual communication, fine arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Prior experience in consumer brand visual communication is an advantage.
