We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who's ready to take ownership of how we generate and convert leads, and who wants to work directly alongside leadership to build something great.Objectives (Key Duties)Manage and optimize our Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts.Own our social media presence, including content calendar, posting, and engagementServe as the point person coordinating with our content marketing agency to align messaging and campaignsWork side by side with leadership daily to analyze ad performance and improve budget allocation across channelsDrive down cost-per-lead and increase lead volume from our current advertising spendTrack and report on campaign performance, lead quality, and ROIBe the go-to marketing resource for the company across all channelsCompetencies (Skills & Attributes)Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts (required)Experience managing business social media accounts and content calendarsComfortable analyzing performance data and making budget/strategy recommendationsStrong communicator who can coordinate with outside agencies and internal leadershipSelf-starter who's organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow into the roleExperience in home improvement, contracting, or a similar local-services industry is a plusWhy this Role beats the CompetitionDirect mentorship: you'll work side by side with leadership daily, learning the business inside and outReal ownership: you'll manage real budget and be accountable for real results, not just executing someone else's planClear path to growth: as the go-to marketing person for the company, there's real room to expand this role over timeSupportive team: our content agency stays in place to handle content creation, so you can focus on ads, social, and strategyCommitment to DiversityOn the Spot Home Improvements is an equal opportunity employer.
