Job Description
Experience: 4-8 Years (IT Consulting & Services)
Location: Bangalore/Mumbai/Delhi/NCR
CTC: 10 LPA
Notice Period: Immediate-15Days
Legal Experience:
- Reviewing, negotiate and finalization of commercial contracts from both client and vendor perspective
- Handling internal & external stakeholders with strong legal acumen.
- Ability to provide proposal drafting support
- Reviewing of RFP’s, Tenders, RFQ’s, Power of attorney, pre-bid queries, deviation matrix, cover letters, declarations, bid compliance check list, etc
- Updated on current legal developments and laws
