Organization: Meadowlark Hospice Location: Serving Clay, Cloud, Republic, Washington, Marshall, and Riley Counties, KS Position Overview Meadowlark Hospice is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our full-time hospice care team. As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide skilled nursing care and emotional support to terminally ill patients and their family members during one of life's most meaningful journeys. Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to hospice patients in accordance with the plan of care
• Support patients and families with compassion, education, and advocacy
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice team
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and be available for call-back as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Active Kansas RN license in good standing
• Valid Kansas Driver's License
• Strong people and communication skills
• Passion for hospice and end-of-life care
• Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation

• On-call rotation required
