Key Responsibilities

· Ensure efficient operation, availability, and optimum utilization of the airport transport and fleet operations.

· Monitor vehicle deployment and driver availability to ensure smooth daily operations.

· Resolve vehicle and driver related operational issues promptly.

· Track daily operations and submit accurate reports within prescribed timelines.

· Maintain fuel consumption records and prepare daily reports.

· Monitor driver attendance and ensure compliance with attendance requirements.

· Conduct scheduled vehicle inspections and maintain photographic records of vehicle condition.

Skills Required

· Graduate in any discipline.

· 3 – 6 years of experience in airport car and coach transportation operations..

· Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced airport environment.
