Construction Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to support a high-voltage electrical modernization project the Lake Charles site. This person will lead project management efforts for the revitalization of high-voltage switchgears and transformers. Hands-on experience managing electrical infrastructure upgrades within an industrial or manufacturing operations facility is REQUIRED

Key Duties:Manage and coordinate high-voltage electrical switchgear/transformer replacement and modernization activitiesCoordinate construction, engineering, contractor, stakeholder, and general project schedulesMonitor costs, schedules, safety, and quality of projectPerform risk assessments to facility operations and create action plans to address concernsSupport project planning, execution, installation, and closeout activitiesProvide project updates and ensure completion in a safe and efficient manner
Required ExperienceStrong Project Management and/or Construction Management experience in industrial environmentsDirect experience with high-voltage switchgear and transformer replacement or modernization projectsExperience managing electrical infrastructure upgrades, preferably in an operating industrial, manufacturing, or heavy-industry facilityStrong contractor coordination and field execution experienceAbility to work onsite in Lake Charles 3 days per week for an approximately 6-month assignmentExperience supporting EPC-led projects.Experience with brownfield electrical upgrades or modernization projects where ongoing facility operations must be considered. xzbcwsv Strong understanding of construction safety, project controls, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
