This role is compensation at $21/hr.Position OverviewThe Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting customers through inbound and outbound phone calls as well as email communication. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional phone presence, and the ability to handle multiple customer needs while providing excellent service. This position will begin fully onsite for training and will transition to a hybrid schedule after successful completion of training.ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer phone callsRespond to customer inquiries and requests via emailProvide professional, friendly, and timely customer serviceResearch customer questions and provide accurate information and solutionsDocument customer interactions and update account information as neededFollow up with customers regarding open questions, requests, or issuesNavigate multiple computer systems while assisting customersMaintain accurate records and documentationEscalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessaryFollow company policies, procedures, and service standardsManage multiple customer requests while maintaining accuracy and attention to detailWork effectively with team members and internal departments to resolve customer issuesQualificationsMUST have high school diploma or GEDPrevious customer service or call center experience requiredStrong verbal and written communication skillsProfessional and confident phone presenceComfortable communicating with customers by phone and emailStrong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systemsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentDependable, professional, and team-orientedAbility to work onsite during training and transition to a hybrid schedule afterward
