We are looking for a results-driven Senior Executive - Content Writer with a strong background in B2B, healthcare, or technical writing. In this role, you will not just write "words" you will build authoritative, expert-led content that outranks AI summaries, captures high-intent search traffic, and drives lead generation. You will work closely with our marketing and digital teams to produce high-value blog posts, white papers, case studies, and web copy centered around medical billing, RCM, and healthcare compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Expert-Led Content Creation: Write and edit high-impact, long-form blog posts, guides, and landing page copy focused on medical billing, denial management, healthcare regulations (such as CMS updates and No Surprises Act), and RCM tech.
• E-E-A-T & Thought Leadership Integration: Move beyond basic informational writing by incorporating industry insights, proprietary data frameworks, and human-expert signals into every piece to satisfy Google's 2026 search standards.
• SEO & Keyword Optimization: Collaborate with SEO leads to target high-intent search terms, structure content with clean Markdown/HTML formatting, and optimize meta tags, titles, and headers.
• Workflow Collaboration: Work alongside the content manager, design teams, and internal subject matter experts (such as billing and RCM specialists) to extract real-world operational insights for content use.
• Content Auditing & Refreshing: Regularly update legacy blog posts and institutional guides (e.g., UB-04 and claim workflows) to maintain search relevance and combat traffic drops from AI Overviews.
• Editorial Quality Control: Ensure all copy is accurate, professional, free of generic AI fluff, and strictly adheres to MedCare MSO’s brand voice and tone.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional content writing experience, preferably within Healthcare, B2B SaaS, Finance, or Medical Billing/RCM industries .
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a Life Sciences/Healthcare-related discipline.
• SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of modern on-page SEO principles, search intent mapping, and structuring content to rank in competitive SERPs.
• Research & Synthesis Skills: Ability to take complex, dry medical or financial concepts (like insurance clearinghouse rules or institutional billing codes) and translate them into engaging, crystal-clear B2B content.
• Tool Familiarity: Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs) and content management systems (WordPress).
• Attention to Detail: Excellent proofreading and editing skills with an eye for structural readability (bullet points, clear hierarchy, scannability).
