As a Pharmacist Production at MedStar Health, you will ensure safe, accurate, and timely preparation and dispensing of medications across a large regional health system. You will verify orders, oversee sterile and non-sterile compounding, and monitor therapies in alignment with clinical guidelines and regulatory standards. Working closely with physicians, nurses, and technicians, you will support optimized medication use, manage inventory and controlled substances, and contribute to quality, safety, and process-improvement initiatives in a patient-first, mission-driven environment.
