Senior project coordinator

Fin Spectra is a product engineering company building enterprise platforms for global clients in the financial services and lending industry.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to support project delivery, team coordination, and day-to-day operations at our Noida office.

Location: Noida, Work From Office

Experience: 5 to 10 years

Key Responsibilities:

Track project plans, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and follow-ups

Coordinate work across developers, project managers, leadership, and international clients

Monitor task progress and ensure team members provide timely updates

Prepare project status reports, trackers, meeting notes, and presentations

Schedule meetings and coordinate communication across multiple time zones

Maintain project documentation and ensure processes are followed consistently

Identify risks, delays, and bottlenecks and escalate them proactively

Support day-to-day office coordination, team discipline, and operational follow-through

What We Are Looking For:

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred

Excellent spoken and written English

Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills

Ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Experience using tools such as Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms

Prior experience working with international clients or distributed teams
