Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled AEM Frontend Developer with 5+ years of frontend development experience , including 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) .

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern frontend technologies such as React.js, Type Script, Java Script, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS , combined with solid experience in AEM component development, templates, Core Components, Client Libraries, Content Fragments, and Experience Fragments .

The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable, responsive, accessible, and high-performing digital experiences while collaborating closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, architects, Dev Ops teams, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable AEM-based websites and digital experiences . Develop reusable and scalable frontend components following AEM development best practices . Build responsive, mobile-first, cross-browser compatible web applications. Develop and customize AEM Core Components, templates, and Client Libraries (clientlibs) . Work with AEM Sites, Editable Templates, Content Fragments, and Experience Fragments . Integrate frontend components with AEM content structures and backend services. Develop and maintain frontend applications using React.js, Type Script, Java Script, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS . Consume and integrate REST APIs and Graph QL services . Collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver pixel-perfect and user-friendly implementations. Ensure applications meet WCAG accessibility standards and follow modern web development practices. Optimize websites for performance, SEO, responsiveness, and page-load efficiency . Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards, quality, and documentation. Collaborate with Dev Ops teams on CI/CD, deployments, and release activities . Troubleshoot and resolve frontend and AEM-related production issues. Work effectively within Agile/Scrum teams and contribute throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Skills

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) . Experience with: AEM Sites AEM Templates and Editable Templates AEM Component Development Content Fragments Experience Fragments AEM Core Components AEM Client Libraries (Clientlibs) HTL / Sightly Good understanding of AEM architecture and content management concepts .

Frontend Technologies

HTML5, CSS3, SCSS Java Script (ES6+) Type Script React.js Responsive and mobile-first web development Cross-browser compatibility Web performance optimization Accessibility / WCAG REST APIs and Graph QL Git, Git Hub, or Bitbucket npm and modern frontend build tools

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with Adobe Cloud Manager . Knowledge of AEM Headless implementations . Experience integrating third-party APIs and services. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and modern Dev Ops practices . Knowledge of SEO best practices . Experience with Next.js and AEM Headless. Familiarity with Webpack, Vite , or similar build tools. Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright . Exposure to the broader Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem .

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering , or a related field. 5+ years of overall frontend development experience . 3+ years of hands-on AEM development experience .
