Position Purpose

This role will oversee financial operations, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and financial controls while supporting financial planning and decision-making.

Job Description

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
• Oversee general ledger, payables, receivables, and reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flows, working capital, and liquidity requirements.
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure financial accuracy and integrity.
• Coordinate internal/external audits and ensure statutory compliance.
• Support tax planning, filings, and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
• Guide, supervise, and develop finance team members.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, systems, and efficiency.

Experience and Qualification

• CA Finalist/ ACCA Qualified
• 08 to 10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting

Specific Requirements

• Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, budgeting, financial reporting, and working capital management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
