The Role Work as a Speech and Language Teaching Assistant supporting pupils with autism and speech and language difficulties. Deliver individual and small-group speech and language interventions under the guidance of a Speech and Language Therapist. Support pupils in developing their communication, language and social skills. Assist teachers and therapists in implementing tailored support strategies. Help create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment. The Ideal Candidate A graduate with a degree in Speech and Language Therapy, Linguistics, Psychology or a related subject. An aspiring Speech and Language Teaching Assistant with a genuine interest in supporting children with additional needs.
