We’re Hiring: HR Manager – Compliances & HR Operations, HQ: Corporate Office We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to drive HR Statutory compliance and operational excellence across all locations. ⚖️ Statutory compliance across all locations Contract Labour Compliance & Compliance Audits Analyze manpower productivity and identify optimization opportunities Partner with business leaders to enhance workforce efficiency Ensure implementation of HR processes, policies, and systems Guide, influence, and monitor location HR teams for governance & compliance adherence Drive standardization and continuous improvement of HR processes Workforce rationalization (on-roll & off-roll manpower) ⚙️ Support HR projects, policy rollouts, and process automation initiatives ️ Employee service/legal matters and general administration Candidate Profile: ✔️ Strong expertise in statutory compliance handling across multiple locations ✔️ Proven experience in building and managing robust HR governance frameworks ✔️ Consistent and progressive career track in HR ✔️ Mandatory experience in Manufacturing / FMCG industries ✔️ Must know local language ❌ Candidates from IT industry background will not be considered
