Litigation Attorney

Hanson Baker Ludlow Drumheller P.S. (Hanson Baker) is looking to add a litigation attorney with 4 – 8 years’ experience. Hanson Baker is an AV-rated law firm based in Bellevue, Washington. Our practice focuses on real estate and related areas, including construction, creditors’ rights, and estate planning and probate.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for promotion to shareholder or of counsel.
Job duties include:
Drafting pleadings, motions, and other court submissionsPropounding and responding to discovery requestsConducting investigations and interviews of clients and witnesses Taking and defending depositionsCourt appearancesWorking with expert witnessesAttending mediations and conducting settlement negotiationsAttending trials and arbitrations
Necessary skills and qualifications include:
First- or second-chair experience with all aspects of civil litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, alternative dispute resolution, and trials or arbitrationsTrack record of consistently delivering high-quality work productStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environmentAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Salary range is $140,000 – $205,000 depending on qualifications and experience, plus quarterly and annual bonuses based on performance.
Billable requirement for this role is 1,500 hours annually.
