Role Overview
We need a dynamic designer who understands the travel space and knows how to stop the scroll. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing high-converting visual assets tailored for Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and organic social media channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Ad Creatives: Design compelling static and dynamic visuals (statics, carousels, Reel style video ads assets) optimized for Meta ad campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
* Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual materials align with Flights Pro UK’s brand identity, tone, and high professional standards.
* Trend Awareness: Stay updated on current social media design trends, TikTok/Reels aesthetics, and performance marketing best practices.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven portfolio showcasing strong graphic design work, specifically for performance marketing, social media, and travel/hospitality brands.
* Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva).
* Strong capability in video editing and motion graphics for short-form video formats (Reels/TikTok).
* A solid understanding of direct-response marketing principles and what makes high-performing ad creatives.
* Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and iterate quickly based on feedback.
