Job Summary

The Manager – Orthopedic Rehabilitation Products will be responsible for overseeing the procurement, inventory management, sales coordination, and clinical support of orthopedic rehabilitation products and assistive devices. The role requires close collaboration with clinicians, physiotherapists, patients, and vendors to ensure timely availability and effective utilization of rehabilitation products.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the procurement, storage, and distribution of orthopedic rehabilitation products and assistive devices. Coordinate with orthopedic surgeons, physiotherapists, and clinical teams to identify patient requirements. Ensure availability of products such as braces, supports, orthotics, prosthetics, mobility aids, and rehabilitation equipment. Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock to avoid shortages. Liaise with vendors and suppliers for product sourcing, negotiations, and quality assurance. Provide guidance to patients regarding the use and maintenance of rehabilitation products. Maintain records of product utilization, inventory, and billing. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and regulatory requirements. Conduct periodic audits of stock and equipment. Identify opportunities for service enhancement and revenue growth.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Prosthetics & Orthotics, Physiotherapy, Healthcare Management, Biomedical Engineering, or related field. Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in orthopedic rehabilitation products, medical devices, or hospital operations. Experience in a hospital or rehabilitation center will be preferred.

Required Skills

Knowledge of orthopedic rehabilitation products and assistive technologies. Strong inventory and vendor management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Basic understanding of clinical workflows and patient care. Proficiency in MS Office and hospital information systems. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
