We need someone who can make people stop, read, and act — in that order. This role is for someone who understands that great copy isn't about fancy words; it's about clear thinking expressed through simple, effective communication. If you naturally notice why one headline works better than another and enjoy crafting messages that drive engagement, we'd love to hear from you.

• Write crisp, engaging copy for social media posts, advertisements, and landing pages.
• Adapt tone and voice based on the platform, audience, and context — a WhatsApp message should feel different from a LinkedIn post.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop campaigns from concept through execution.
• Create multiple versions of messaging and test which variations perform best.
• Edit and proofread all outgoing brand communications to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
• Analyze competitor messaging and identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Transform product features and customer stories into compelling narratives that inspire action.
  

Required Skills & Attributes - Clear and structured thinking with the ability to organize ideas before writing. - Strong sensitivity to tone and context, knowing when to be warm, witty, or direct. - Excellent command of language (English, Hindi, or Hinglish); strong grammar and an understanding of brand voice. - Ability to simplify complex ideas into concise, impactful communication. - Strong observational skills and an understanding of how people communicate and respond to content. - Ability to work quickly and adapt across different content formats, from brand storytelling to short-form calls-to-action. - Openness to feedback and a willingness to revise and improve work through iteration. Good to Have - A portfolio, blog, social media content, captions, meme page, or any writing samples that showcase your style. - Familiarity with content requirements across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, email, and performance marketing ads. - Basic understanding of user behavior and what motivates people to click, sign up, engage, or share. - Interest in storytelling, branding, marketing, or behavioral psychology.
