Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant (10+ years) with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sales order processing, pricing, billing, delivery management, credit management, configuration, and production support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support end-to-end O2C processes.
• Configure and support sales orders, deliveries, pricing, and billing.
• Gather business requirements and provide SAP SD solutions.
• Support customer master data, shipping, and credit management processes.
• Collaborate with MM, FI, and other cross-functional teams.
• Perform issue analysis, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Participate in SIT, UAT, go-live, and post-production support activities.
• Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and user training materials.
